Fun courses, great food, live results, and fantastic volunteers! Do you need any more reasons to spend part of your day running the beautiful trails at Grand Ridge in Issaquah on May 3?

Well, how about a chance to win a pair of shoes or socks from our fabulous race sponsor, The Balanced Athlete?! And they'll be offering the same opportunity at the June 28 Taylor Mountain Trail Run and the August 2 Grand Ridge Trail Run.

For more information about this beautiful area and a link to registration, see our Grand Ridge Trail Run page.

The temperature is getting warmer, flowers and trees are blooming, and the mud is starting to dry out. It's spring in the Pacific Northwest and that means more trail runs!

Dash Point - Mar 29

Running the fun single-track trails of Dash Point State Park in Federal Way is a perfect way to start your spring. With the beautiful waters of Puget Sound in the background, choose the half marathon or ease into spring with the 10k. Either way, you'll have a blast.

Squak Mountain - Apr 12

Head for the hills outside Issaquah to Squak Mountain State Park. If you're looking for challenging hills, this is the place for you. Choose your course: 12k, half marathon, marathon, or 50k.

Grand Ridge - May 3

Continuing our Issaquah theme is Grand Ridge Regional Park east of town, with 1200 acres of forested trails just waiting for exploration. Here you can select the 5mi, half marathon, marathon or 50k course.

Soaring Eagle - May 24

On to the city of Sammamish, where Soaring Eagle Regional Park encompasses 600 acres of forest, wetland, and wildlife habitat. Pick a course: 5k, 10k, half marathon, marathon, or 50k.
