Next Up: Duathlons and 2012 Trail Runs!

Mountain Biking

Thank you all for a wonderful 2011 season of trail running! As some of you know, besides trail runs, we also organize bike races via the NW Epic Mountain Bike Series, and during winter months we put on a series of sprint-style Duathlon events that combine Mountain/Cross Biking and Trail Running into a fun race that helps everyone stay fit. The 4th Dimension Racing Duathlon Series will be at Ft. Steilacoom Park in Lakewood, Washington and consist of 3 races. Two course options are available - Long Course (5K Run, 15 Mile Bike, 5K Run) and Short Course (5K Run, 5 Mile Bike) and you can race either solo or with a friend. Both cross and road bikes are welcome.

We have been getting a lot of inquiries about the 2012 race schedule, and you can now find the 2012 run dates on this website. You can now register for 4 trail runs - Feb 26th Lord Hill Trail Run, Mar 10th Lake Sammamish Half MarathonMar 31st Dash Point Trail Run, and April 14th Squak Mt. Trail Run. Registration for other runs will open as soon as permits are finalized.

Lake Sammamish Trail Run

Talking about upcoming runs, for those of you that are aiming for a personal best half marathon time, the Lake Sammamish Half Marathon is a flat and fast course along beautiful Lake Sammamish that takes you from Sammamish State Park in Issaquah to Marymoor Park in Redmond. This is the most popular Evergreen Trail Runs event of the year and there will be a nice party at the finish with sponsor booths, food, drinks and music. We hope to see you there!
